I was reading an article about managed services when my brother called me to tell me something really important. He was very nervous on the phone so he scared me because he couldn’t say what he had to say. After 10 minutes of me almost begging him to say he told me that he got engaged and that his girlfriend was pregnant with a boy. I was shocked because my brother was about to be a father and I was going to be an aunt.
